- 30Hi/30Lo – 30Hi/30Lo is metabolic conditioning and fat burning workout where you perform every exercise for 30 seconds at a high intensity, then take a 30 second low intensity active rest. The exercises are divided into specialized categories like Explosive Cardio, Kickboxing, Capoeira, Explosive Upperbody and Integrated Core, and are arranged in specific order to maximize this High Intensity 20 minute workout.
